Lancaster Urban Village

The Lancaster Urban Village development consist of the construction of a mixed-use building that will house 193-units of affordable and market rate housing,  14,000 square feet of commercial space, 392 space parking garage and the 46,000 square foot expansion of the Urban League.

Opal Lancaster Development

City Wide CDC acquired 3730 Lancaster which is a 12,500 square foot commercial strip building. Several businesses currently lease space in the building.

Blossom Garden Apartments

City Wide CDC recently acquired a 12-unit apartment complex located at 5650 Gaston. Acquisition was completed through a $625,000 grant for the City of Dallas Housing Department.

Neighborhood Stabilization Program

City Wide CDC was awarded 1.5 Million Dollars in NSP funding from the City of Dallas under President Obama’s America Recovery Act of 2009 to acquire 13 foreclosed lots.  City Wide CDC will built 13 single-family homes for homebuyers at or below of 50% of area median in the Runyon Springs Sub-division to stabilize the area.
